CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Policy: Clients have a 15-minute grace period before their appointment is forfeited. Please contact the salon or your technician if you are running late. No Show Policy: After three no-shows, you will no longer be able to book appointments at our salon. However, you are welcome to walk in if we have availability.
